Subscribing to the ARF Listserv
The American Reading Forum listserv, ARF-L, provides a vehicle for communication among members. After you subscribe, you can send a message to the listserv that is distributed to everyone else who has subscribed. Follow these directions to subscribe:

Address an email from your personal email account to: listproc@listproc.appstate.edu

Leave the Subject line blank.

Write ONLY:

subscribe arf-L your name

Make sure there is nothing else in the email text: You will need to erase (or disable) any signature or other text in the email.

You will receive notification rather quickly if you are successful. In most cases, if you have made an error, you will get an error message telling you what you did wrong.
- Follow the exact procedure to unsubscribe, only write "unsubscribe" instead of "subscribe" in your email message.
